This work targets to analyze the constitution process of Therapeutic Accompaniment (TA) as an ample strategy of intervention, which is articulated with several knowledge and practical of, or in, health field. It intend's, in such way, to make a critical journey in the world of health sciences, having the seconf half of XX century as the start point for a field investigation to the TA activities. Traditionally this practical is know as an \"integration perspective\", based on the idea of a \"unidirectional adaptation\" of the patient, usually considered as the \"abnormal person\" to be socially reintegrated. I understand, however, that the experience to coexist with the unudual situations that occur during the TA interventions, produces effects that suprasses the \"adaptation goals and the \"institutionalization protocols\" (of employees and patients and leads to a clinical dimension perspective, political, artistical, ethical-aesthetic in, or of, the forces relations experimentation and the subjectivation processes implied on it.
